1. Where do you ship from?
We are located in Singapore (a South East Asia country!)
2. Do you ship to everywhere?
We ship almost to everywhere except for suspended or restricted countries. Please check more info here.
Buyers from EU and UK, please purchase from our Etsy shop as VAX and tax are sorted out automatically when you check out. We are not liable for any custom tax and VAT if you choose to shop from mintymentaiko.com
3. Are my orders trackable?
Free local shipping for paper products are not trackable (Singpost normal mail). Please upgrade to registered mail if you want it to be trackable (to mail box).
International standard shipping for paper products are not trackable, please opt for tracked shipping when you check out.
Non paper products will only be shipped via trackable option locally and internationally.
4. What is the processing and shipping time?
Orders will be packed and shipped in 7 days. Local mails should reach in another 3-5 days. International mails and parcels from Singapore can take up to 2 months based on experience.
